Because Secured Second Act provides instant-access digital courses, downloadable materials, and online training, all sales are final.

When you purchase a course, you immediately receive access to proprietary content, downloads, and protected training materials. For this reason, we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow exchanges for any digital products.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

 

    • You changed your mind

    • You no longer have time to complete the course

    • You purchased the course by accident

    • You feel the course “may not be right for you” after accessing the content

    • You experienced temporary technical issues (all are solvable by our support team)

Once enrollment is completed and access is granted, the sale is final.

Exceptions

We will only provide a refund if:

 

    • A duplicate payment was processed in error

    • You were charged incorrectly due to a technical malfunction

    • Your purchase was not delivered, and support was unable to restore access
